PROGRAMS
Project LEAD IT offers a variety of programs for teachers, schools, districts, universities, credentialing institutions, and professional development organizations. Below is an annotated listing of Project LEAD IT's offerings.
WORKSHOPS - Ranging from a basic introduction to the servant leadership-teaching paradigm to in-depth personal leadership enrichment, Project LEAD IT will help you identify and develop your leadership as it relates to the classroom. Workshops are experiential, hands-on, and designed specifically to stimulate dialog among participants with sights on providing tools for continued learning and development.
SEMESTER COURSES - Project LEAD IT has developed an intensive semester-long (14 week) course on the connection between and development of leadership and teaching. The course uses hands-on experiential learning techniques to explore the greater theme of leadership and its applicability to classroom teaching. (course length can be altered to fit quarter-based systems)
CONSULTING & COACHING - Project LEAD IT offers consultation and personal coaching related to leadership development. We will work with you to customize a program for your district, school, teachers, or self to best fit your needs. Also, we work independently with individuals to introduce them to the theory, model the strategies, and help them transfer practices to the classroom
